RefAcademyAI was founded on the belief that sports officiating is more than enforcing rules—it’s about building character, leadership, and trust on and off the field. Our journey began with a vision to give aspiring officials, from youth to career changers, a clear path into a respected profession.

We recognized the challenges new officials face: no direction, no mentorship, and no consistent training model. RefAcademyAI was created to solve that problem. Through a three-tiered progression system, affordable access, and mentorship at every step, we help officials gain confidence, grow their knowledge, and advance into leadership roles.

Our Mission: To prepare grounded, high-character leaders who make confident decisions in the game and in life. We are here to elevate the standard of officiating and open doors of opportunity for the next generation
